I didn’t manage to find the time to sample Blue Bottle coffee before leaving for the airport, but I did get my first ever taste of beer brewed with “real” (is there any other kind?) peach and apricot last night.
And pretty good it was, too, I might say, even if it wasn’t quite the magic innovation elixir I had been hoping to find.
I see that the Economist is on its own quest to understand what is happening in Silicon Valley with its latest cover story. That should make for some interesting reading on the flight back to Taipei.
